About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hygiene Operator to join our team at AB Agri. As a key member of our production team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of feed safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure feed safety is a top priority during production, adhering to strict quality control measures.
  • Complete daily cleaning schedules to maintain a clean and hygienic working environment.
  • Conduct general mill cleaning, including sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting.
  • Support maintenance teams in communicating any issues and performing basic maintenance tasks.
  • Contribute to the growth of the business by supporting projects and ad-hoc work as part of the wider mill team.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a production environment, preferably in the food or agriculture industry.
  • Ability to be multi-skilled and flexible to support the needs of the mill.
  • Computer literacy with the ability to learn new systems, including experience with MS Office.
  • Comfortable working in a noisy, dusty, and busy environment.
