Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Warehouse Operative to join our night shift team in Cullompton, Devon. As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, working closely with the Warehouse Team Manager to achieve and exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently pick stock using handheld devices to scan items and load them onto pallets.
- Conduct thorough checks of picked stock and assembled loads prior to dispatch to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Ensure all stock is handled with care to maintain the highest standards and arrive at our customers in perfect condition.
- Maintain a clean and tidy work environment, adhering to site Health & Safety regulations and Safe Systems of Work.
- Perform a range of duties to support operational efficiency and general housekeeping and hygiene standards of the warehouse and site.
