Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hygiene Team Leader to join our team at 2 Sisters Food Group. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our manufacturing facilities.

Main Responsibilities
  • Assist the Senior Night Hygiene Team Leader in coordinating the night cleaning operation to ensure a safe and healthy working environment.
  • Proactively monitor and control chemical usage and concentration to comply with COSHH and Company requirements.
  • Implement and maintain effective cleaning schedules and protocols to prevent contamination and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with the production team to identify and address any hygiene-related issues or concerns.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve hygiene and safety practices within the team.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the food industry.
  • Excellent knowledge of cleaning processes, chemical usage, and COSHH regulations.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels.
  • Ability to work flexibly and respond to unplanned events as required.
