Job Opportunity: Food and Beverage Team Leader

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Team Leader to join our team at the National Trust in Tiverton, Devon.

About the Role

As a Food and Beverage Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing the front of house team, and ensuring that our cafes meet the high standards of the National Trust.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the front of house team to deliver excellent customer service
  • Ensure that all displays and signs are accurate and up-to-date
  • Supervise the induction and training of colleagues
  • Assist the kitchen team with food preparation as needed
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene

What you'll be doing

As a Food and Beverage Team Leader, you will be giving day-to-day support to your team, to make sure they're consistently giving great service to everyone who comes to the café. This is a busy, lively place to work, so you'll need to be adaptable.
