Food Service Assistant Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Food Service Assistant to join our team at Sodexo. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional food services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation and serving of high-quality meals, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our customers.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in food service areas, adhering to strict health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth operations and efficient service delivery.
  • Uphold food safety and hygiene standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, enhancing the overall dining experience and building strong relationships with our customers.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a food service role is advantageous, but not essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices, with a commitment to maintaining high standards.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and develop your skills.
