**Customer Service Advisor**

We are currently recruiting for Customer Service Advisors to join us in our busy Customer Support Centre, based at our Support Office in Nottingham. You will be working as part of our inbound Customer Service team, delivering excellent care through every customer interaction.

**About the role**
In role you’ll be supported by our training team and mentors, to ensure you have all the knowledge, skills and confidence required.
We are looking for people who can work between 25 - 37.5 hours per week and have full flexibility over our operating hours. Our operating hours are 8.30am - 7pm Monday to Friday and 8.45am - 5pm Saturday & Sunday. On bank holidays we are open 9.00am - 4.00pm.
Once you have completed 6 weeks of training, we can potentially consider a flexible, hybrid working approach, which includes a balanced mix of remote and office-based working.

**What you'll need to have**
- Great communication skills
- Strong computer knowledge
- Ability to show resilience during challenging conversations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment & multi-task effectively
- Problem solving skills

**It would be great if you also have**
- Salesforce knowledge
- Contact centre experience
