**Job Purpose - challenge and opportunity**

**Overall**:
We are looking for an experienced and agile Training Coordinator to work in the Training team of CIBSE Services, the commercial arm of CIBSE, a not for profit membership body. We organise live, interactive training courses of between a half, and three days in length. Our training is aimed at professional building services engineers, primarily in the UK, who need to top up their skills and knowledge. For the last three years the training has only been delivered through Microsoft Teams, but since January 2023 we have also been delivering face to face training in our London office.

You will be coordinating all aspects of the training life cycle, including planning, delivery and feedback through a continuous improvement cycle. You will work closely with colleagues in Marketing, Sales and Finance as well as the auditors for our exam-based training. You will effectively communicate with a range of new and returning customers who are members and potential members of CIBSE. You will need to pick up new information quickly, learn new technologies and have excellent time management skills.

**Key responsibilities**

**General**
- Delivering the annual programme of c. 250 live, public training using automated processes where possible, recording customer interaction on the CRM, and saving content on Sharepoint
- Monitoring and reporting on competitor activity and training industry insight
- Building and updating the CRM and website pages for training, ensuring everything is accessible, accurate and on brand
- Continuously learning about our training products to be able to cross promote them and occasionally be an ambassador for CIBSE at other events
- Answering customer queries online, on the telephone and face to face, and updating records on the CRM within designated service level agreements
- Coordinating all logistics for each training, including materials, catering, technology, venue management, and trainer and delegate communications via the CRM and automated tools
- Carrying out initial processing of payments, purchase orders, invoices, postponements, cancellations, refunds and accruals, as well as monitoring and reporting on the finances of the public training through the CRM
- Analysing and acting on feedback from multiple sources so that we continue to deliver training that is factually correct, uptodate and relevant, as well as being educational and engaging.
- Ensuring that all due processes and procedures are followed, we are GDPR compliant and that all documentation is version controlled and kept uptodate on Sharepoint.
- Working closely with the rest of the Training team to support each other and ensure a sustainable business model.

- **Collaboration skills - **The ability to work across CIBSE and with our partners to deliver timely and effective solutions for our customers.
- **IT literacy** - To work across our CRM systems and platforms to ensure accurate forecasting, reporting and monitoring
- A CIPD **qualification**
