Short-Term Role Covering Electoral Services and General Queries for the General Election
Work location: Onsite in Victoria
Duration: 6 Weeks
Positions Available: 2
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent customer service.
- Maintain and develop knowledge and skills to support first-contact resolution for customer inquiries.
- Actively participate as part of the Customer Service team to manage customer contact.
- Embrace continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the customer journey.
Essential Experience:
- Proven experience in delivering excellent customer service.
- Experience in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, capable of meeting targets and deadlines under daily pressure.
- Experience in handling difficult customers and maintaining professionalism in resolving their concerns/meeting their needs.
Rate: £16.89 Umbrella
**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: £16.89 per hour
Expected hours: 36 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
