**What you will do**

As a Billing Administrator, you will assist with completing billing system transactions and reports accurately and in a timely manner. You will also have the opportunity to support with workflow management and quality checking, in addition to other miscellaneous duties to assist in the smooth running of the department.

**About you**

This role is suited to a committed team player who works well with others and enjoys working towards a common goal.

You will be an excellent communicator who is confident in interactions with others, with the ability to listen and understand issues from all perspectives and to value other opinions. Due to the busy nature of the team you will also enjoy have the ability to work well under pressure and multi task to meet targets and tight deadlines. Additionally, you will have excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy, with the ability to deliver tasks in a professional and organised way with limited supervision.

**What you will have**
- At least 2 years’ experience of working in a busy office environment
- Good numeracy and literacy skills and a minimum of 5 GCSE's or equivalent (including at least a Grade C in English and Maths);
- Computer literate with experience in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and Outlook.
