**Role: Administrator - Facilities Helpdesk Operator**
**Locations: Dargan Crescent, Belfast**
**Salary: Negotiable**
**Hours: 40hrs per week**
CSR are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator - FM Helpdesk Operator to join our Belfast’s clients busy Facilities Management Division, working on busy multi-site maintenance contracts across Northern Ireland.
**PERSON SPECIFICATION**:
- On occasion the structure of these hours may vary to suit onsite requirements.
- Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Receiving and logging reactive calls from clients
- Assisting in arranging internal labour to attend calls and projects
- Purchasing responsibilities in the procurement of materials and subcontractor elements
- Updating and tracking of works progress and status
- Assisting in arranging access to buildings for works to take place
- Liaising with building occupants and clients to ensure best service
- Ensuring contractual KPIs are met
- Assisting in billing administration including timesheets, subcontractor labour and invoicing
- Engaging with the Contracts Manager to ensure smooth running of contracts and works
- Assistant in compiling reports for both client and internal Dowds reporting
**ESSENTIAL CRITERIA**:
Minimum 3 years’ experience within a similar role/environment
Extremely good communication skills and dedication
**DESIRABLE**:
Access NI Clearance
