If you're well organised and professional, a dab hand at Microsoft Excel and Word and are equally adept at working with numbers and other people this could be your perfect position. Swallow Cleaning Contractors is a friendly, family-run commercial cleaning firm in the heart of Lincoln - with over 47 years experience serving the local business community with high quality office cleaning services. We are a busy team with a large workforce of cleaners and support staff, so we need an energetic and experienced Office Administrator to take all our admin tasks in-hand and keep our operational wheels turning smoothly. You'll be based in our comfortable Lincoln office between the hours of 09:30am to 16:00pm Monday to Friday, and you'll need to be driven and self-reliant to join our team. **Your main job roles**:
- Collating information for sales invoicing on Excel
- Authorising supplier invoices
- Stock control
- Ordering materials
- Secretarial duties
- General office administration
**Your essential skills**:
- At least 1 years experience of sales invoicing
- Excellent working knowledge of Excel and Word
**Your personal strengths**:

- Methodical approach to work
- Good at prioritising tasks

- A desire to show initiative
