**Quality & Compliance Administrator**

Location: Luton

**The Role**

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality and Compliance Administrator to join our team. If you are passionate about maintaining the highest levels of Quality and Compliance in the Electrical Component industry, we want to hear from you.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Maintaining and updating Document Control System**: Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of our document control system by regularly updating and organising critical documents

**Requesting Compliance Documents from Suppliers**: Collaborate with suppliers to collect and verify compliance documentation to meet industry standards and regulations

**Collaborate with Technical Engineers**: Work closely with our Technical Engineering team to verify product compliance requirements and assist with compliance-related issues

**Assisting with Product Inspections**: Assist in Quality inspections of products to identify non-conformances and discrepancies

**Root Cause Analysis**:Carry out root cause analysis of non-conformances to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions

**ISO Level of Internal Auditing**:Conduct internal audits of Quality work instructions to ensure compliance with ISO standards, reporting any non-conformances and recommending improvements

**Reporting and Documentation**: Maintain records of non-conformances, improvements and compliance activities. Prepare reports and documentation as required

**Skills & Experience**
- Keen attention to detail, with the ability to identify and rectify discrepancies
- Strong problem-solving abilities to address Quality & Compliance issues effectively
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills to work with various teams and suppliers
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced & dynamic environment
- Prior experience in document control & record management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel

**Benefits**

**Salary for this role is from £23,000 PA dependent upon experience**

**Holidays**

23 days paid holiday plus National Holidays increases after service up to a maximum of 30 days

The option to purchase an additional 3 days, with payments taken directly from the salary over the period of the remaining months of the year
