We are seeking an energetic, highly motivated and experienced person who has the skills and knowledge of working in a secure setting managing the day to day security operations at the Broadland Clinic, a Medium Secure Learning Disability service. The successful candid will be expected to work closely with the Service Manager and Modern Matron.

The Broadland Clinic is a 25 bed unit providing high levels of assessment and intervention to patients with intellectual and other developmental disabilities detained under the Mental Health Act with complex and enduring problems, including criminal offending. The service has a very strong track record of engaging in innovative research with academic partners.

The post holder will form part of a multi-disciplinary team consisting of clinical psychology, psychiatry, nursing, occupational therapy, social worker and speech and language therapy.

Car driver essential, or access to a car (unless you have a disability as defined by the Disability Discrimination Act 1995).

You will need to have excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, be flexible and able to use initiative. You will also need to be capable of working independently as well as pat of the wider multidisciplinary team and be adaptable to the changing needs of the organisation and be able to work across disciplines.
