Job Title: IAM Security Analyst

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled IAM Security Analyst to join our team at Baldwin Risk Partners. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our Identity and Access Management (IAM) processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our IAM processes and systems, including Azure AD/Entra.
  • Provide expert-level support for customer requests related to access provisioning, de-provisioning, password resets, and role-based changes.
  • Execute access management processes and procedures to ensure secure access to our systems and data.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement security enhancements and best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, technologies, and standards, and provide recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical and analytical skills, with a focus on cloud-based infrastructure and security.
  • Experience with IAM processes and procedures, including access management and entitlement packages.
  • Knowledge of cloud hosting solutions, such as Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to document processes and procedures, and to create security configuration plans.
