Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and intuitive Relief Security Officer/Caretaker to join our team at a central college. As a key member of our security and caretaking team, you will be responsible for acting as the first point of contact for students, staff, visitors, and contractors.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to students, staff, and visitors
- Act as a first point of contact for security and caretaking matters
- Work collaboratively with the security and caretaking team to maintain a safe and secure environment
- Participate in full in-house training to develop your skills and knowledge
Requirements
- Valid SIA Licence
- Right to work in the UK and a five-year checkable history
- Punctual and reliable
- Passionate about creating an exceptional customer experience
- Knowledge of MS packages (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Highly intuitive with a curious mindset
- Highly presentable in line with our corporate brand
- Resilient and pro-active in your work
