Job Title: Risk and Governance Security Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled Risk and Governance Security Specialist to join our team at Aviva. As a key member of our CISO GRC function, you will play a critical role in supporting, developing, and monitoring a strong Risk and Governance culture across our organization.
About the Role:
As a Risk and Governance Security Specialist, you will be responsible for performing a variety of activities to support and deliver first-line operational governance and oversight across CISO. This will include issue management and oversight for business partnering activity, working closely with CISO application teams and SMEs to provide advice and support in the application of local control requirements, control assessment evidence collation, and data monitoring and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Excellent planning and organisational skills, and an eye for detail.
- Desirable to have familiarity with IT and/or security controls frameworks.
- Experience of operational risk management and control assessment.
- Excellent communication skills and experience of managing a wide range of stakeholders.
- Experience with Data Analysis and Reporting, including analysing data to provide insights/recommendations, developing and managing dashboards/reports for senior management.
What We Offer:
- Salary circa £40,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
