**Role**:
We are currently recruiting for a Dental Practice Call Centre Customer Service Advisor / Receptionist Duties.
- Answering inbound calls and making outbound follow up calls
- Answering any customer questions and providing high levels of customer service

**Requirements**:

- Previous customer service experience (essential)
- Excellent timekeeping and punctuality (essential)
- Excellent communication skills (essential)
- Professional telephone manner (essential)
- Call centre experience (useful)

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Responsive Customer Care**: As a Patient Service Representative your primary role will be to answer incoming calls from customers promptly with some face to face interactions. You'll provide assistance and information with professionalism and courtesy.

**2. Efficient Problem Solver**: Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and requests with agility, aiming to resolve issues effectively and efficiently. Your goal is to leave patients satisfied.

**3. Accurate Records**: Maintain meticulous records of patient interactions and transactions, ensuring data integrity and completeness.

**4. Adherence to Guidelines**: Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies when interacting with patients. Uphold the highest standards of service.

**5. Issue Resolution**: Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department or supervisor, ensuring swift resolution for patients.

**6. Product Expertise**: Be well-versed in our company's products and services. Provide patients with comprehensive information and guidance.

**8. Stay Informed**: Keep your knowledge up-to-date regarding our company's products, services, and policies.

**Hours ;** Minimum 32 to 39, Monday to Thursday 8.30 to 6, Fridays 8.30 to 5.
