**About The Property Experts**
The Property Experts is a fast-growing national network, enabling self-employed estate agents to be successful by providing ongoing support, guidance, tools, and training. Our vision is to raise the standards in the estate agency industry by providing clients with a first class service, excellent marketing and delivering outstanding results.

How much can you earn? Agents earn 70% of the fee. By selling 4 properties per month (one a week) with an average fee of just £3,000 you will earn over £100,000 per year. Earnings are uncapped and are dependent on your own efforts.

**Comprehensive training**
Our comprehensive training will set you up for success:

- Training on the winning formula and toolkit built around the self-employed model
- Systems, processes, tools and strategies to maximise productivity
- How to generate market appraisals, win listings and charge a professional fee for your services
- Induction includes: setting up your business, promoting your personal brand, social media strategies, learning from other successful agents and much more.
- Ongoing mentoring, coaching and accountability

**Back-office support**
We have a full support team to help with administration, compliance, marketing, IT, invoicing, social media, call handling and sales progression.

A team of like-minded entrepreneurs On top of the training and support infrastructure, you also benefit from access to a community of like-minded, ambitious entrepreneurs, who will share their knowledge, experience, and best practice.

**Mandatories**
