Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive science curriculum for students
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in various scientific disciplines, including maths, biochemistry, and scientific research
- Provide individualized instruction and support to students with special education needs
- Mentor and tutor students to enhance their understanding and performance in science
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment
- Assess student progress and provide feedback on their performance
- Use effective behaviour management strategies to maintain a productive classroom environment
- Stay updated with the latest developments in science education and incorporate them into teaching practices
- Organize and supervise science-related activities, such as experiments, field trips, and science fairs

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g., biology, chemistry, physics)
- Teaching certification or relevant experience in education
- Strong knowledge of maths, biochemistry, and scientific research principles
- Familiarity with special education practices and techniques
- Excellent proofreading and communication skills
- Ability to effectively educate and engage students of different learning styles
- Strong organizational skills to plan lessons and manage classroom activities
