Role Responsibilities
  • Lead the Science department, overseeing curriculum development and ensuring high standards of teaching and learning across Key Stages 3 and 4.

  • Monitor and track student progress, implementing interventions where necessary.
  • Foster strong relationships with parents, carers, and external agencies.
Requirements
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a strong background in teaching Science.
  • Experience in SEN settings (preferably with students with social, emotional, and mental health needs).
  • Proven leadership and management experience within an educational setting.
Estimated Salary
