Operational Change Coordinator

**The opportunity**:
We are currently looking for an individual to join our Retail team as an Operational Change Coordinator.
Our team provides oversight of Retail change, process design, change delivery and effectiveness across Retail. Responsible for process adherence, regulatory controls, and the change delivery cycle including impact assessment, implementation, embedding and closing the loop. This role has a vast stakeholder map, as we act as a liaison between functions and MFUs including Operations, Sales, Regions, IT, Underwriting, Governance and more.
We are looking for someone to join the team who is keen to grow their knowledge of the business, influence the end customer experience and to develop their system, process, and change management skills.

**Key responsibilities**:
- Implement and monitor operational and system policies and procedures.
- Investigate relevant data to support the analysis of trends, indicators, and root causes to problems (using Lean methodology).
- Support the oversight of regulatory controls.
- Identify escalate and deliver appropriate opportunities for continuous improvement, with a focus on service delivery, governance controls and cost efficiency.
- Use various comms channels to support effective change embedding, roll out and training material.
- Support the team to manage change stack and demands.

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, able to develop original and creative solutions to complex problems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organisational, planning and prioritisation skills.
- A keen eye for detail.
- An ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.
