Project Coordinator

Hydro Cleansing Limited, a leading provider of environmental services in the UK, is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support our team in delivering high-quality services to clients. As an integral part of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in allocating projects to engineers and drivers, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining accurate documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project allocation to maximize team efficiency and productivity.
- Liaise with engineering and account management teams to guarantee project success.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the management team.
- Maintain accurate and timely completion of project-related paperwork and documentation.
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve any issues that arise during projects.
- Optimize vehicle performance using software suites such as Samsara.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar coordinator role.
- Excellent English language skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and other project management tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
