Job Overview

As an integral part of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in allocating projects to engineers and drivers, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate project allocation to maximize team efficiency and productivity.
  • Liaise with engineering and account management teams to guarantee project success.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the management team.
  • Maintain accurate and timely completion of project-related paperwork and documentation.
  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve any issues that arise during projects.
  • Optimize vehicle performance using software suites such as Samsara.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar coordinator role.
  • Excellent English language skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and other project management tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
