About the Role:

We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to support our team in delivering high-quality environmental services to clients across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Effective project allocation to engineers, drivers, and team members based on their availability and expertise.
  2. Liaising with engineers, drivers, and account managers to ensure timely project completion and client satisfaction.
  3. Monitoring project progress and providing regular updates to the management team.
  4. Ensuring accurate and timely completion of project-related paperwork and documentation.
  5. Responding to client inquiries and resolving any issues that arise during projects.
  6. Utilizing software suites such as Samsara to ensure efficient vehicle operation and track location.
  7. Multitasking and adapting to changing priorities.

Requirements:

  1. At least 2 years of experience in a similar coordinator role.
  2. Excellent English language skills, both verbally and in writing.
  3. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other project management tools.
  7. A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
