**About The Role**:
This is an exciting Contact Centre Advisor role that will be part of AAH Pharmaceuticals one of the largest distributors of pharmaceutical and healthcare products in the UK. Working in fast paced team environment, providing excellent customer service through having quality conversations with our customers and resolving queries quickly and efficiently. Natural progression from this role would be into a Contact Centre Team Leader, Operational role or Field Sales. Progression opportunities may require mobility and flexibility to travel within the AAH network.

This hybrid working role will be accountable for answering inbound customer calls responding effectively and aligned to required key performance indicators (KPI’s) providing a great customer experience. There is also a proactive outbound call requirement which could include selling products or services, onboarding new customers or an agreed activity on behalf of a manufacturer or supplier. You will offer a telephone or Live Chat remote support for customers and resolve problems as effectively as you can or triage to the appropriate department or local AAH branch for them to resolve. Hybrid working will begin once training is completed, this takes place in branch and will take up to 13 weeks.

Pay Rate: £21,681 Per Annum

Shift Pattern: 39 hours per week

**About You**:
To play an integral part within of the largest distributor of pharmaceutical and healthcare products in the UK, working in fast paced team environment, providing excellent customer service through high quality conversations and resolving queries quickly and efficiently. Natural progression from this role would be into a Contact Centre Team Leader, AAH Branch operational role or potentially Field Sales. Progression opportunities may require mobility and flexibility to travel within the AAH network.

To be successful you will need to be resilient, determined, structured and competent in prioritising your time around the different customers challenges including selling. A team player willing to share with others and self-reflect to improve you own performance. The core competencies for this role would include:

- Clear communication skills
- Good problem-solving skills to resolve queries
- Comfortable selling and outbound proactive calling on the phone
- Ability to prioritise and organise own workload
- Previous experience of complaint handling would be desirable
- Good numeracy and literacy skills
- Experience working with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Effective team player
- Previous customer service experience is essential.
