WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
* Previous experience in a similar role, ideally with a prestige brand.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Reliability and focus.
* Ability to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
* Strong team player with excellent attention to detail.
* Initiative-driven with experience in communicating with Senior Management.
* Service Advisor background is desirable but not essential.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
* Handle all inbound service calls for our service centres, focusing on service bookings and other related enquiries
* Conduct outbound calls for promotions, seasonal campaigns, service follow-ups, and other service-related communications.
* Maximise revenue for our service departments by upselling products and services and effectively handling customer objections.
