Our award-winning, leading client within the automotive industry have a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join their friendly inbound Customer Service team on a permanent full-time basis The location is close to central Bristol withbike storage if you choose to cycle.
This role is immediately available

The shift requirements:

- Monday to Friday working 8:30 am - 17:00pm with 3 shifts a month working 9:30am - 18:00pm.
- You will also only be required to work approx. 1 Saturday per month, and you would receive days off in lieu when you do.
- All team members will be working 2 bank holidays per year (dates will be agreed with the individual)

The Key duties of the Customer Service Advisor role will include:

- Answering incoming customer enquiries and incoming sales enquiries and recording details onto the internal system.
- Answering incoming customer complaints and recording details of the issue.
- Liaising directly via the telephone with branch staff (including managers and duty engineers) to ensure call out work is properly addressed.
- Maintaining contact with customers and updating them with scheduling information.
- Complete bookings over the telephone.
- Review Jobs booked at source ensuring they are parts checked, authorised, or validated before appointment date.
- Complete and submit insurance authorisation requests direct to the Insurance company or relevant Insurance team as required
- Ensure job notes are factual, concise, and up to date
- Database updating

Ideal Customer Service Advisor:

- Experience in the customer service industry is desirable but not essential
- Strong levels of accuracy, attention to detail & computer literacy with an upbeat and positive approach
- The ability to work well under pressure remaining customer orientated and professional.
- You will need to be team orientated
- Excellent communication skills
- Accurate data input
