As an Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the companies' daily operations. Your primary responsibilities will include handling various administrative tasks, managing spreadsheets using Excel, raising purchase orders, and providing excellent customer support.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Utilize Excel to manage and maintain spreadsheets efficiently.
- Generate and process purchase orders to ensure smooth procurement processes.
- Provide top-notch customer support, assisting with inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
- Greet and assist all on-site visitors, making them feel welcome and attended to.

**Requirements**:

- Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Previous administrative experience is advantageous but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to work as part of a collaborative team.
- Organizational skills and an eye for detail to ensure accuracy in administrative tasks.

**Working Hours**:
This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, totaling 37.5 hours per week.

**Pay Rate**:
The pay rate for this position ranges from £10.50 to £11.50 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

**Benefits & Requirements**:

- Hourly rate as above, or the appropriate National Minimum Wage (age dependent)
- 28 days Paid Annual Leave pro-rata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)
