Service Administration Executive

You're not just an administrator but one that understands the importance of being customer-focused, and handling queries and problems when they arise.
And you're looking to use those skills whilst being the right-hand person to the department manager, taking on work delegated, so they, you, and the whole team achieve the service needs of their customers.
This is such a role, based 100% in the office but working within a small friendly team.
You'll be taking calls from business customers who are reporting problems with items hired, whether that be broken equipment that needs to be returned for repair, booking in routine servicing, chasing PO numbers, or liaising with courier companies to get faulty items returned.
All require patience, tact, and excellent organisation, all whilst supporting your busy manager who will rely on you to take on some of his work when he's over-run.
The business is long-standing with some very prestigious customers.
The reward will be the ability to progress once you've gained the technical product knowledge and shown you're someone responsible.
Your hours are Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm with a 60-minute break OR 9 am to 4.30 pm with a 30-minute break, giving you some flexibility to fit in with a local commute or errands that need to be run. You'll get statutory holiday (28 days) plus Christmas close-down.
