We are looking for an experienced administrator to join our small team to support the financial advisors within the company. We are looking for someone to join us for the long term and be a key member of the administration team.

The job role would entail:

- Answering the telephone and welcoming clients to the office
- Opening the incoming post / sending outgoing post
- Liaising with clients, mortgage lenders, insurance and investment providers to ensure business is processed as efficiently as possible
- Using the company database to maintain client records
- Collating documents from clients and ensuring they are compliant

Skills & Experience required:

- Good level of education, including Maths and English GCSEs at C or above (or equivalent)
- Previous administration experience would be preferred
- Good communication skills both written and on the telephone
- Excellent IT skills
- Good organisation skills
- Attention to detail

Salary : TBC dependant on experience

Location: Leamington Spa (office based)

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
