We are seeking an experienced Director's Office Administrator to join our team in Northern Europe. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our Senior Sales Directors, assisting them in their day-to-day missions.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and time management skills, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel planning, expense reporting, and procurement ordering. You will also communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, manage distribution lists, emails, and Outlook calendars.

Requirements include professional training as an Assistant or comparable bachelor's degree, experience in a Sales environment / High Tech industry preferred, fluent in English, project poise under pressure, especially during sales closing periods, and competent in expense reporting procedures, international conversions, and adherence to travel policies.
