**Job description**
The Office Administrator role will include enhancing the relationship with trade and retail customers, answering the phone to deal with general queries, process orders, occassional warehouse work and any other job set out by the management team.
Your role will be to fulfil customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction whilst maintaining a positive and friendly company image as the first line of contact to customers.
**Job functions**:
- Manage incoming calls
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Meet personal/team sales targets
- Keep records of customer interactions and process customer accounts
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Go the extra mile to engage customers
- Cancel or upgrade accounts and subscriptions
- Input or Cancel large and small orders
- Use a variety of software packages (including Microsoft Excel, Access and Powerpoint) to manage data
- Assist with refunds, or exchanges
- Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers
- Photocopy and print various documents, sometimes on behalf of other colleagues
- Organise and store paperwork, documents and computer-based information
- Create and maintain filing and other office systems
- Deal with customer letters and respond accordingly
**Requirements**:
- Previous customer support experience preferred
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Organizational Skills
**Working Hours**:
Initial working hours will be Part Time:
Monday - Thursday 07:00 - 16:00
Friday 07:00 - 12:00.
Your annual holiday allowance will be 21 + statutory holidays.
Pay Increase Upon Successful Completion of Probationary Period, at the Managers discretion.
Four days must be used over the Christmas period when the warehouse is closed.

**Salary**: £11.44 per hour
Expected hours: 37.75 per week
