**About the role**:
**Primary responsibilities will include**:

- Analyse and coordinate accurate travel arrangements for global business travel, including (but not limited to) flights, accommodation, and ground transport arrangements; clearly communicating all necessary information in a concise manner with travellers
- Source the most appropriate travel solutions by understanding budgets, role, responsibilities, and commitments of travellers
- Adapt quickly to any necessary changes as and when they arise
- Build strong, genuine and meaningful relationships with clients
- Liaise with venues to source meeting spaces and book necessary suppliers
- Deliver live events in person or virtually
- Report to the Operations Manager and the Management Team
- Knowledge of travel industry with previous experience in travel booking
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programmes (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook etc)
- Minimum of 3 A levels or equivalent experience.
- Meticulous attention to detail, working with a high level of accuracy, including in a high-pressure environment
- Organised and flexible approach to performing tasks with the ability to work independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Experience in dealing with customer and supplier enquiries in a professional manner
- The drive to learn and flourish within the role and company
- Previous event planning experience is preferred but not essential

**Offering**:

- 20 days holiday a year and 8 bank holidays (pro rata for part time employees)
- Annual Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 depending on experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
