We are looking for anenthusiastic and organised Administratorto join ourprofessional team in Whitstable and Faversham.

You will provide clinical administrative support directly to the Primary Care Networks (PCN) Clinical Lead and the wider team, enabling our senior clinicians to dedicate time to additional clinical visits. This directly impacts patient care and improves the experience of our patients.

This role complements the existing network of administration staff.

You will be office-based within a clinical team.

Your days will be varied which will require flexibility, responsiveness and competence in using a variety of IT systems.

**Main duties will include**:

- Assist with HR processes, including recruitment using internal systems, management of personnel files and preparation for induction of new starters
- Management of roster system (eRoster), including rota population.
- Sharing team data dashboard using systems such as PowerBI
- IT requests, ordering of equipment and stock control using systems like BusinessWorld and SupplyChain.
- Diary management of team members for one to ones, appraisals and planning team meetings, including minute-taking
- Coordination of team training
- Use of patient records systems to pull reports, send patient letters and assist the clinical team.
- Arranging servicing of medical devices
