**About The Role**:
Are you an experienced Administrator looking for a new challenge within a growing organisation that makes a real difference to people's lives? If so, we want to hear from you.

As an Administrator, you will be providing an effective administrative service for the Contractor Management team.

You will work with our specialist contractors maximising the efficient use of our processes to ensure service delivery and performance targets are achieved. You will be liaising with contractors to ensure our customers are correctly advised of appointment slots, the likely duration of works, and any follow-on works required.

You will need excellent communication and customer service skills as you will be supporting customers by providing updates on the progress of any works that are to be completed through our managed repairs process and communicate any changes or issues to the appropriate departments.

This role is being offered on a
**full time**,
**fixed Term **basis for a period of
**12 months**. This will be based in our
**Weston-super-Mare** office, with a hybrid working style as an option.

To be a successful Administrator you should:

- possess a natural ability to remain calm and professional when under pressure.
