Job Overview:
**Duties**:

- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory
- Handle incoming calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings
- Computerise documents and maintain electronic filing systems
- Support the team with administrative tasks as required

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is not essential
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Competency in data entry and record keeping
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

Pay: £21,835.00-£22,793.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Crawley: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Licence/Certification:
