Full Job Description

My client are seeking an enthusiastic, hard-working individual who can work on their own initiative:
**Duties will include**:

- Preparing new enquiries for the estimating department
- Logging clarifications
- Research local suppliers/ sub-contractors
- Monitoring and maintaining subcontractor/supply database
- Raising Purchase orders and planning delivery schedules
- Liaising with sites to book deliveries and collections
- Administrative duties requested by management

**You must**:

- Have good knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
- Self-Motivated
- Enthusiastic and Pro-Active
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident telephone manner

Previous experience within the demolition/ construction industry will be advantageous.
