An opportunity has become available for a Sales Administrator to join our client based in Kings Norton. You will be working for a top leading manufacturer that provide over 300 specialist products and are an expert in their field. They manufacture for a diverse range of companies within warehousing, food retail and distribution centers and have been established for 30+ years working across Europe.

Your hours of work are Monday - Friday 8.30 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday and free car parking is available.

As a Sales Administrator, you will be:

- Transferring data accurately onto the ERP (CRM) system
- Producing and following up on quotations for new and existing customers
- Making outbound calls to existing customers, developing a business relationship
- Sending proof of deliveries to customers as and when required
- Being responsible for the website chat, providing an exceptional customer experience

As the Sales Administrator, you will have:

- Previous sales administration experience with strong customer service skills
- Previous sales order processing experience
- Previous experience working within the manufacturing or engineering sector, or you would have completed a degree within manufacturing or engineering
- Excellent attention to detail skills
- IT literate, experienced in Microsoft Word and Excel
- You may have experience in any of the following: Customer Service Administrator, Sales Support, Office Administrator, Office Assistant, Customer Service Advisor, Product Administrator, Account Manager, Sales Order Processing or Sales Administrator.

As the Sales Administrator, you will receive a salary between £23,000 - £30,000 depending on experience plus a range of benefits.
