Administrative Support Specialist

Our client in Kings Hill is seeking a Temporary Administrator to join their team. This is a 37 hour per week, Monday to Friday role that requires general administrative duties, including receiving enquiries, monitoring and managing multiple inboxes, and processing purchase orders. The ideal candidate will have previous admin/Customer service experience and be able to provide support as required. If you are a skilled administrator looking for a new challenge, please apply.
Key Responsibilities
• General administrative duties• Receiving enquiries and passing information on appropriately• Monitoring and managing multiple inboxes, responding to customer enquiries• Timely and effective processing of purchase orders• Ensuring all quotations are produced in a professional and timely manner and records are updated• Providing sales support, contacting customers confirming their quotation requirements• Lead with the onboarding process for new customers, creating customer accounts• Update and maintain CRM system• Provide support as required• As directed produce invoices, ensuring all activity is recorded in the appropriate database
Requirements
• Previous admin/Customer service experience required
