This is an excellent opportunity for someone to start a career in finance with a successful company. The role will offer excellent scope for growth.
The most important aspect of this role is to be hard working and have a excellent personality, as well as being able to communicate well with all levels of client.
The role involves:
- Preparing and administration of documentation
- Answering and fielding inbound calls
- Organising sales visits where applicable
- Maintaining accurate records on our CRM
- Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
- Reviewing sales performance
What we expect from you
You must have at least 3 years of office administration experience
Being able to confidently use Microsoft and Excel packages
Previous work experience around finance is advantageous but not essential
Being high organised and able to work independently as well as part of the team
Being able to focus of multiple tasks at any given time
This is an exciting time to join us as we grow. The hours of business are 9am - 5pm Monday
- Friday however some flex is required should it be required.
In return for your hard work we offer 23 days holiday plus Bank Holidays and an additional day off for your birthday. The role will also come with a performance related bonus up to 10%.
