We are looking for a passionate person with a high level of communication and organisational skills who responds well to change and will contribute to shaping our future service and staff. We are seeking a highly motivated Neonatal Ward Manager with the ability to delegate and prioritize workload and with the drive and commitment to develop neonatal services. This is a perfect opportunity to work collaboratively with the MDT to develop your skills, widen your experience and gain a wide range of transferable skills to further your career.

We are a busy Level 2 LNU and care for babies born from 27 weeks gestation. We take pride in providing an environment in which our neonatal families can grow, thrive, and develop. The neonatal unit at SWBH comprise of total of 29 cots; 5 intensive care cots, 5 high dependency cots and 19 special care cots. We are currently working with our maternity colleagues to develop an 8 bedded transitional care unit and are excited to be moving to the new Midland Metropolitan University Hospital. We have a dedicated and dynamic multidisciplinary team who strive to maintain the highest quality and standards of care to our neonatal population.
