Credit Card Administrator

We are looking for a Credit Card Administrator to join our A-team (hybrid*/remote). As a Credit Card Administrator at Allucent, you are responsible for leading the implementation of Bank of America credit card program in Europe and
**In this role your key tasks will include**:
- Work closely with SSC in India for expense claim review and approval in Concur
- Knowledge of Bank of America credit card program software (preferred)
- Knowledge of Concur (preferred) or other systems used for expense claim reimbursement.
- Prepare KPI reports for claims paid with credit card not applied in Concur yet.
- Knowledge of European travel policy requirements
- Support on claiming VAT back on expenses (where possible)
- Support Finance team in other projects, i.e. Expenses claim in US, Contractors, Travel policy
- Deal with employee queries and concerns.
- Prepare simple guidelines to speed up process on submitting claims in Concur.
- Knowledge of Dynamics (preferred)
- Open to take on more projects and manage high workload
**Requirements**:
**To be successful you will possess**:
- Finance, HR and/or relevant business degree.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
- GDPR/HIPAA and applicable (local) regulatory requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in credit card administration across Europe
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including good command of English language
- Representative, outgoing and client focused
- Ability to work in a fast-paced challenging environment of a growing company
- Proficiency with reimbursement tools and systems
- Administrative excellence with strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and financial skills
