Accounts and Administration Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Accounts Assistant to join our Finance team at Albert Roger Group, a dynamic company specializing in Health & Beauty products.
About the Role:This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, managing various aspects of accounting, including Sales and Purchase Ledger functions across our group entities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Payments & Ledgers, ensuring accurate posting and allocation.
- Reconcile Bank Transactions, maintaining up-to-date records.
- Streamline Invoices, ensuring timely coding and uploading.
- Process Credit Card Transactions, adhering to accounting standards.
- Collaborate with the Group Financial Controller on ad-hoc tasks.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in accounting is necessary.
- Excellent skills in Excel, Word, and Outlook are required.
- Familiarity with Xero is beneficial.
