We are looking for a skilled Accounts Assistant to join our Finance team at Albert Roger Group, a dynamic company specializing in Health & Beauty products.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, managing various aspects of accounting, including Sales and Purchase Ledger functions across our group entities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage Payments & Ledgers, ensuring accurate posting and allocation.
  2. Reconcile Bank Transactions, maintaining up-to-date records.
  3. Streamline Invoices, ensuring timely coding and uploading.
  4. Process Credit Card Transactions, adhering to accounting standards.
  5. Collaborate with the Group Financial Controller on ad-hoc tasks.

Requirements:

  1. Prior experience in accounting is necessary.
  2. Excellent skills in Excel, Word, and Outlook are required.
  3. Familiarity with Xero is beneficial.
