We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and growing your own book of clients, providing expert insurance advice and solutions to clients. In addition, we are seeking someone with strong leadership qualities to help guide and mentor junior team members.
**Responsibilities **
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, carriers, and other industry professionals.
- Manage a book of business, including renewals, endorsements, and new business development.
- Provide guidance and expertise to clients on insurance products and coverage options.
- Negotiate with carriers to secure the best coverage and pricing for clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients at all times.
- Assist with training and mentoring of junior team members.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals.

**Requirements **
- Minimum 2 years of commercial broking experience.
- Technically adept in insurance knowledge.
- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
- Proven record of managing and growing own book of clients.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
