As a Customer Contact Officer you will be first point of contact to customer via multi-channels, assisting and logging any concerns or queries they may have.

**Description**

**The responsibilities of the Customer Contact Officer will include but not limited to**:

- Responding to a range of customer and colleague queries which will include raising repairs, rent account management, tenancy related issues, ASB queries, re-housing advice and complaints.
- Ensure that services are delivered in line with our client's policies and procedures.
- General ad-hoc duties when and as required.

**Profile**
- Have a contact centre background
- Excellent communication skills
- To understand the customer's requirements, responding with professionalism and effectively; using your organisational skills to handle customer queries quickly and efficiently.
- Able to work in a team setting as well as independently
- Strong IT skills
