Our young and motivated team is distributed across Europe, and we have offices in Mannheim, Germany and Steinhausen, Switzerland. We’re looking for people who have a passion for the hospitality industry and want to help hoteliers by making them more revenue while making their lives easier. You would support our team as a **Marketing & Events Coordinator.**

**Your role**:
As a Marketing & Events Coordinator (M/F/d) at RoomPriceGenie, you will have an exciting and challenging role at a fast-growing B2B SaaS company. You’ll be responsible for various tasks in the following areas:

- Event Planning & Execution: Coordinate marketing events such as conferences, roadshows, and webinars. Develop event objectives, timelines, budgets, and logistics.
- Event Marketing: Ensure marketing materials are provided for the event, and all event needs are met
- Creativity and Innovation: Bring fresh ideas and innovative event planning and promotion approaches.
- Partner collaboration: work with our integration partners to create and execute shared events
- Commercial team support: help our go-to-market teams with all the required collateral, swag and marketing materials.
- Customer success stories: within the established framework, create customer success stories.
- Translations: work with our translation contractors to ensure all our content and materials are translated.
- Assist with Ad hoc brand, marketing & sales projects if needed.

**Your profile**:

- You have experience in events and/or marketing from a previous role
- Min 2 years of relevant work experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter and proactive attributes
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- You enjoy being an implementer and working both independently and collaboratively
- You have successfully worked remotely
