Want to be part of an organisation with huge growth plans for the future? Macidowie are pleased to be working with a leading, national tech firm to recruit Business Development Executive's into their new Chesterfield office. This is a really exciting time tojoin the business and assist them on this new chapter.
You will be responsible for generating new business into the office whilst managing multiple, established accounts. This role requires travel, so a driver's license is a must.
Motivation, passion and eagerness is key for this role We are looking for driven individuals who will treat this like their own business and in return you will reap the rewards with a generous commission structure. Experience in telecoms or printing is a must
**Role & Responsibilities include**:
Actively sought and increase new business opportunities via various methods i.e. telephone, client visits
Organise client meetings and ensure effective communication is conveyed through the appropriate channels
Identify any new opportunities and increase brand presence
Confidently report figures and reports to the Sales Director
Working to set targets and develop plans for new business and revenue growth
Research, plan, and implement new target market initiatives to improve profitability and increase sales growth
Experience within Telecoms or printing organisation is a must
Sales Professional with the ability to communicate at all levels
Highly motivated and enthusiastic. Ability to work autonomously
Skilled and confident in delivering client presentations
Successful background in business development
General IT literacy with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Trustworthy and professional
Highly organised
