Are you someone who is great on the phone and loves solving problems? We're looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our team, helping to deliver exceptional customer service to the clients and customers of the HPC project.

You'll be the main point of contact at Jn 24, HPC and SEIC for all travel enquiries and complaints, resolving issues to the highest standard possible. You'll also support the wider Customer Service Team in various locations.

Working Hours are Monday to Friday between 0600 and 1900 (rotational).

**YOU MUST BE ABLE TO WORK EARLY AND LATE ON A ROTA FOR THIS POSITION**

**Skills/Experience**:

- Experience in a customer service/office/fast-paced environment
- Excellent people and telephone skills
- a resilient ‘energiser’ that can be resourceful and focus on solutions when faced with challenges
- Good understanding of IT systems (IE, Excel and Word) and ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
- Team leader experience desirable
- a can-do attitude, with a positive approach to achieving results and go the extra mile
- organised and able to multi-task, prioritise and manage time pressures
- strong attention to detail
