**Sales & Marketing Assistant - Part-time with opportunity to progress to Full-Time**

Location: Winnersh, Reading

**Sales Responsibilities**:

- Prospecting & identifying new business opportunities: Finding new partnerships on behalf of our clients
- Building Relationships: You should have a love for connecting, you'll receive full sales training and be able to make sales calls, including cold calls.
- Opportunity to progress into full-time sales development role

**Marketing Responsibilities**:

- Hosting monthly strategy meetings with our clients and planning their monthly content
- Content creation on behalf of Momentum and our clients
- Social Media Management (mainly LinkedIn) on behalf of Momentum and our clients

**Office Admin Responsibilities**:

- Reporting & weekly reviews: You'll be responsible for pulling the data from our campaigns and having it presentation ready at the end of each week.

The work we do is challenging but rewarding. You'll receive regular coaching from the CEO from mindset, to sales to marketing.

**Previous Experience**:
Whilst no specific qualifications are required you should have experience in a sales or marketing environment. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred and an understanding of LinkedIn and making Cold Calls is a huge bonus. However, if you're confident, love connecting with people, and are eager to develop sales & marketing skills, we encourage you to apply.

Self-Motivated: Demonstrate a strong sense of initiative, self-motivation, and a passion for achieving sales targets.Adaptability: Be open to learning and adapting quickly to the dynamic nature of the sales industry.

Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey the value proposition of our services.
