**About the Role**

You will be responsible for the coordination, administration and delivery of programmes and activities for EnSpire Oxford.

You will draft, design, and edit communications materials to promote the project, with content for social media, webpages, and other communicaton channels.

You will also act as the primary point of contact for programme participants, University colleagues, and external partners, ensuring successful working relationships are maintained.

Taking responsibility for the transactional finance work such as rasing purchase orders, receipting invoices and setting up new suppliers in our Oracle financial system, if also required.

**About You**

To be successful in this varied role you will need previous experience of providing project coordination and general administrative support with excellent attention to detail.

You will need proven ability to organise your own workload effectively and meet tight deadlines.

Experience of event management, including planning, delivery, and evaluation for online, in person, and hybrid events is an important part of the role.

Experience of processing financial transactions is also required.
