Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Research Coordinator to join our team at Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for the management and coordination of the Hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) research study across the Thames Valley and UK wide.

Main Duties

§ Coordinate the recruitment of participants, ensuring the collection of confidential patient information and samples is handled securely and in compliance with legislative and protocol requirements.

§ Liaise with the Chief Investigator and Research Nurse regarding approval and regulatory matters, including trial amendments, contracts, and study finances, with the Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and Oxford University Research and Development departments.

§ Ensure all study documentation, including regulatory and approval documents, contracts, and finance, are filed in the trial master files (TMF) and kept up to date for monitoring and audit purposes.

§ Work in accordance with The International Conference on Harmonisation Good Clinical Practice Guidelines (ICH-GCP).
